Meet John

First and foremost, I am a husband and a father of three young children.  My family is the most important part of my life.  My wife of 7 years, Casandra, is a middle school english teacher and my children are 5, 3, and 18 months.

I value integrity and that core value is expemlified in my approach to real estate.  The first responsibility of a real estate salesperson is a fiduciary duty to the client.  In order to approach that duty with integrity, I developed a flat fee business model which allows me to represent a home seller well and in turn allow the seller to limit out of pocket expenses at the close of escrow.

    Arizona Statue (R4-28-1101): A licensee owes a fiduciary duty to the client and shall protect and promote the client’s interests.   This means all the decisions and actions of a real estate agent must be in your (the client) best interest.

  • Why do you add a buyer's agent commission?

    The buyers of your home will likely be represented by their own REALTOR®.  This commission pays for representation of the buyer.
